On-line Orders
If your purchase is faulty or otherwise not as specified please notify us at once.
We will either refund the full cost including return postage or send a replacement to you free of charge.
If you have any other reason for not wishing to keep your purchase, simply return it to us within 14 days for a full refund of the original price.
In-store Purchases
If your purchase is faulty or, has anything missing, please telephone us at once.
We can normally resolve the problem without causing you any further inconvenience.
We go to considerable lengths to demonstrate the equipment that we sell and to ensure that it matches your needs. If you discover that it is surplus to your requirements we will be happy to negotiate its return. There is a minimum handling charge of 5% to cover the transaction costs.
