I was searching for two camcorder batteries which Panasonic have discontinued. I found them on the Castle Cameras website. I rang them and one of the employees went to check that the batteries were definitely in the warehouse before I placed my order. He phoned me back in a few minutes with confirmation. Absolutely superb service from phone call to order-placement. Highly recommended!!

My main contact was Rob, who I found to be be very helpful, professional and polite. My transaction was completed to my total satisfaction. The Nikon D750 camera I purchased arrived today and the condition of it if anything was better than the description on your website.
I realise any business is only as good as it’s employees, regarding Rob I’m sure he is a real asset to your company.
