Just a quick e-mail confirming reciept of the lens.
I'm well impressed with the usual excellent service from Castle Camera's, it works great on my A77, and despite only being used for 10-15 mins I can confirm it's a better lens than the Sony 18-250, which you probably knew already, it's defintely quieter and as a result is far better for video work.
I've no doubt this won't be my last purchase from Castle Cameras.

Hi,

Just a short e-mail to thank Alice and Hugh for their help with my recent order for Nikon Battery Grip and 70-300 lens. I ordered them separately, on the same day, one on economy delivery and one by next day delivery when I realised there was a Bank Holiday coming up, but also I needed a specific date delivery! You managed to tie them up together as requested and deliver both items on the day I wanted.

Also, your courier arrived at the precise time given! Everything went as planned, absolutely brilliant!

There was only one thing I was disappointed about, and I searched the box twice! There were no sweeties in the box! I had read other testimonials and was looking forward to the sweeties. Never mind, I bought some M&M's to console myself.

Thanks for your excellent service on my recent order for my Canon SX50. Bought it from you because your price was very competitive and you are a genuine Canon Reseller.
Ordered on-line at 15:30 and it arrived at my door at 09:45 the next morning - brilliant. By the way don't hide your testimonials away on your website, feature them and also let customers know that they can track their package through the Royal Mail website.
Again thanks and nearly forgot to say that the sweets weren't too bad either, I'm now hooked on Starmix!

I'd just like to take this opportunity to comment on the great customer service I received this morning in your Winton store.

Both Hugh and James went out of their way to help me by exchanging a product that I wasn't happy with, even though it incurred a refund. Both were very helpful as always and I felt this should be picked up on as it's not every store that would be so accommodating. You have great staff that are friendly, informal and honest which consequently means a great customer relationship is formed, and I must say, is also very much appreciated.
