The personnel may have changed (although many have been there for years) but the ethos remains the same which means that I will keep going back.

Castle Cameras were so helpful with a recent order of binoculars as a first time customer. I have been trying to use smaller local (or localish in this case) shops rather than the big online giants and not only were they a very similar price to the big shops, the excellent service I received made it even more worthwhile. Celestron binoculars are very good too! Will definitely use Castle Cameras again.

Spoke to them and they went above and beyond and sorted me out with a replacement, so I’m very pleased with their customer service and swift response and action to deal with this human error.
