Hi,I would like to extend my thanks to Castle Cameras for excellent customer service. In the past three years I have spent almost £4000 at your Winton branch. In that time I have never had a problem, just good honest advise and service. In January I brought a spare battery for my Sony A77, unfortunately it did not last long (only charges to 25%). Today I took it to your Winton branch, I was recognised and served by a young guy (with earrings) whose name I don’t know, memory like a sieve. He was outstanding and made the whole process painless, quick and friendly. I now have a replacement battery. I always try to support local business and with service like this I’m glad I do.
