Delivery Information
General Delivery Policy
Most orders are shipped from our Bournemouth shop. Occasionally, stock may need to be transferred from our other location, which could cause a slight delay. If that happens, we’ll inform you as soon as possible.
Please note:
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or redirected.
- If you change your mind after dispatch, you must accept the delivery and return it at your own cost.
For security reasons, we typically only deliver to the registered cardholder's billing address. If a different delivery address is provided, and we're unable to process it, we will get in touch before dispatch.
PayPal Orders will only be shipped to the confirmed name and address listed on your PayPal account.
Finance Orders are only dispatched from our Bournemouth store and must be delivered to the address authorised in your finance agreement.
Refusing delivery or requesting the parcel be returned to sender will result in the following non-negotiable fees:
- DPD deliveries: £30 (UK mainland), £60 (Highlands and Islands)
- Royal Mail Tracked 24/48: £10 (standard), £20 (if sent by Special Delivery)
We are not liable for delays due to external factors such as weather, strikes, or government disruptions. Postal charges are non-refundable.
Delivery Options & Times
Express Delivery – From £5.99
At our discretion we use DPD or Royal Mail Tracked 24. All orders will be dispatched with suitable insurance.
- Express delivery is available on almost all orders.
- Orders placed by 2pm Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the same day (subject to stock and security checks).
- Some areas (e.g., Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands) may not qualify for next-day service; we’ll use the best alternative available.
- You’ll be notified of the postage method at dispatch.
Free Delivery
We offer free delivery on most UK mainland orders over £50, excluding items such as batteries or certain larger items. This free service typically takes 2-3 working days.
At our discretion we use DPD or Royal Mail Tracked 48. All orders will be dispatched with suitable insurance.
- We endeavor to dispatch orders placed by 2pm the day they are received, though this is not guaranteed. If you need faster delivery, please select Express Delivery as these orders will be prioritised
Standard Delivery (Under £50)
- Orders under £50 are subject to a small postage charge, this is from £3 and calculated at checkout.
Saturday delivery may be available—please call us to confirm and discuss additional costs.
Delivery times are approximate. We are not responsible for any delays once an item leaves our premises.
Delivery Times & Charges
Delivery times depend on the service selected, your location, and product availability.
- Next Working Day Delivery is available Monday–Thursday for orders placed before 2pm, items will be dispatched on a next day service.
- Free shipping (2-3 working days) is available on most orders over £50.
- Orders placed between 2pm Thursday and 2pm Friday will be dispatched on Friday
- Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday
For Saturday delivery, please contact us to confirm availability and pricing.
Delivery Areas Outside Mainland UK
- Orders under £50 are subject to a £3 postal charge which is calculated at checkout (excludes lithium-ion batteries)
- Orders valued between £50 and £450 - Free standard delivery available (excludes lithium-ion batteries)
- Orders over £450 - Express service £19.99
Non-mainland areas include:
- Scottish Highlands & Islands
- Isle of Man
- Isle of Wight
- Northern Ireland
- Channel Islands
- Isles of Scilly
Delivery times to these areas are longer and can be affected by multiple issues beyond our control.
Use the Home Delivery Checker on each product page to confirm delivery options for your postcode.
DPD Tracking Information
When using DPD, you’ll receive a text or email with your delivery slot, which can be rescheduled if needed. If you request they amend delivery in any way or to leave in a “safe place,” you assume responsibility for any loss or damage.
Finance orders and select other purchases may not include tracking details.

Collect In Store
Prefer to pick up your order? You can collect it from either our Bournemouth or Salisbury shop. We’ll contact you once your order is ready. If we need to transfer stock between branches, we’ll let you know of any delays.
When collecting:
- Bring valid ID: A full driving license is preferred, or a passport with a recent utility bill.
- Third-party collection is not permitted unless arranged in advance.
Lithium-Ion Batteries
Due to shipping restrictions, lithium-ion batteries must be sent by courier and can only be delivered to UK mainland addresses (excluding Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland).
International Orders
We currently only ship to addresses within the UK and Channel Islands.
