Landscape Workshop with David Clapp and Canon at Portland Bill

Join us for fun, informative Landscape Workshop with David Clapp. 22nd September.

Along with Pro Photographer David Clapp and Canon, we will be hosting this Landscape photography workshop at the legendary Portland Bill.  Whether you are starting off, a hobbyist or an experienced photographer we will have superb photographic opportunities for everyone. Guided by a professional photographer in the beautiful setting of Portland Bill, you will capture a variety of impressive images and hopefully, some golden hour goodness!

 

What happens on the day? (Times and details still STC, attendees will be updated prior to the event) 

1.30pm - Meet in the Lobster Pot Cafe, Portland  

1.45pm -  Gather for a welcome briefing from David

2.15pm - Leave the cafe and head to first location, Portland Bill and Pulpit Rock for photographs

4:30pm - Return to car park for comfort break and image review, head to next location, Olympic Rings

5:00pm-7.30pm - Head back out for sunset pics around the Olympic Rings, the Stone Circle and Tout Quarry 

8.00pm round up, chance to ask questions and compare images.  

 

Requirements: Suitable for all types of digital cameras - please bring your own or borrow one from us (contact us to arrange this).  Don't worry if you don't own a Canon - the experience is open to everyone.

A tripod is recommended, along with snacks and a drink. 

Portland Bill is very accessible for all, there gravel paths leading to most of the key photography locations.
