Sigma have announced the development of an exciting new lens!
The Sigma 85mm F1.2 DG | Art is a large-aperture medium telephoto lens designed for full-frame mirrorless cameras. Its advanced optical design delivers exceptional resolution—even at maximum aperture—enabling striking portraits with the distinctive shallow depth of field unique to F1.2.
Despite its bright aperture, the lens features a compact, lightweight design. A dual HLA (High-response Linear Actuator) autofocus system ensures fast, precise, and reliable performance for professional applications.
With this release, Sigma completes its lineup of F1.2 prime lenses, joining the Sigma 35mm F1.2 DG II | Art and the Sigma 50mm F1.2 DG DN | Art.
The Sigma 85mm F1.2 DG | Art will be exhibited at the Sigma booth during CP+ 2026, held from February 26 to March 1, 2026.
