"I bought this case for my new 800mm which I thought they had in stock. I was surprised as it was nowhere to be found in other places but thought I'd try anyway. They called to say they looked everywhere and couldn't find it and apologised, but I'd wait for it anyway. Castle Cameras were kind enough to send me a temporary case free of charge which really helped, the actual one did arrive today and it fits perfectly as the 800mm does need protection. Just want to say thank you to Castle though, the service and the product itself is excellent and I always try to purchase from here as much as possible. "
