"Product arrived, but would not work with my camera. (Canon 7D Mk2) I contacted FoCal, who quickly sent me an alternative prototype software package. Fortunately this did work. Product is not as easy to use as promised. If you don't know the ins and outs of your camera functions fully, you might have to spend some time with the manual as I did. Once I cracked it however, the results were impressive. "

"well i got this to set up my lens`s , i tried it out at home on kit lens that did not focus well at all and it made it so much better that it is now back in my bag. i have not tried it out on any of my other lens`s` yet as they go up to 60mm and i need the space to do it outdoors with a minimum focus distance of about 40 foot. so far this looks good"

"A good method to calibrate your lenses to your camera bodies. I was calibrating a Canon 1dMkIV and a Canon 5d MkIII. 1dMkIV particularly easy as the whole process is automated. The 5d required manual adjustment of the camera but this is not difficult. Trickiest part is setting up the target and lighting in the right way to give consistent lighting.This gives the best results. You need your camera linked to a computer with the software on so you need to be able to have your camera on a tripod linked by cable in a suitable location to display the target image. You also need plenty of room especially as your lenses get longer. Makes it tricky indoors for space and tricky outdoors for the computer linkage. I also like the function which advised at which f stop your lens is sharpest. I have not fully explored all the other options on the software but I found it very useful and in some cases the camera needed considerable adjustment. Especiallyy s on 3rd party longer lenses. "
