Sigma's brightest-ever F1.2 lens has arrived. The Sigma 85mm F1.2 DG | Art combines exceptional resolving power, beautiful bokeh and the classic 85mm portrait focal length with a remarkably compact and lightweight design, weighing just 905g.

Designed to make the most of its huge F1.2 aperture, the lens delivers outstanding sharpness even when shooting wide open, while producing an exceptionally shallow depth of field and smooth, natural bokeh that makes subjects stand out against beautifully blurred backgrounds. A 13-blade diaphragm helps maintain a near-circular bokeh shape when stopping down, while advanced optical design minimises colour fringing, flare and ghosting.

Despite its F1.2 specification, Sigma has engineered the 85mm F1.2 DG | Art to be the smallest and lightest AF 85mm F1.2 lens in its class for full-frame mirrorless cameras. This makes it significantly more practical for long shoots, portrait sessions and demanding on-location work, without compromising the optical performance expected from Sigma's Art line.

Autofocus is handled by Sigma's dual HLA (High-response Linear Actuator) system, providing fast, precise and quiet focusing with reliable tracking for both stills and video. Focus breathing is also minimised, making smooth and natural focus pulls possible when shooting video.
