Seminar Title - From FM2 to Z8: 30 Years in Music Photography
In this talk Scarlet Page shares the journey from shooting on a Nikon FM2 with 36 frames of film to working today with the Nikon Z8. Drawing on three decades photographing musicians including Foo Fighters, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Amy Winehouse and Placebo, she explores the discipline film demanded, the instinct required to capture moments on stage, and how technology has evolved without changing the eye behind the camera. The talk looks at timing, trust, editing and working under pressure, as well as the importance of relationships and authenticity in music photography.
