"Once you get over the shock of the weight of the Sigma (slightly heaver than my 70-200 Nikon) you find this is truly brilliant lens. Pin sharp throughout the aperture range this is possibly the best portrait lens on the market. Auto focus is fast and accurate, essential when shooting wide open and though there is no optical stabilisation the lens lets in enough light to hand hold in most conditions. Well worth adding to your lens especially if you do portraits."
