My main contact was Rob, who I found to be be very helpful, professional and polite. My transaction was completed to my total satisfaction. The Nikon D750 camera I purchased arrived today and the condition of it if anything was better than the description on your website.

I'm now retired and so have less money to splash out on cameras.  In the old days I would just ordered the camera I wanted.  These days I have to shop around not only for the best price but, importantly, the best customer service.  In the end, Debra at Castle Cameras proved to be the person who cared more about me as a customer and put up with my endless flow of questions.  She also gave me useful information about the companies offering 'grey imports.'  And so, it was the support and guidance given to me by Debra that made me decide to go with Castle Cameras.  It's worth noting that some of the companies I contacted either didn't reply to my emails or gave me cursory replies.  Debra was the one person who was steadfast during my search for a new camera (I also bought a lens for the new camera).  So, my strong advice would be go to Castle Cameras is you want to get a good deal and excellent customer service.  My only criticism is the use of the DREADFUL reCaptcha verification checking thing they have on their site.

I was considering buying a new G9, or maybe an Olympus equivalent, but I was offered this used model in fantastic condition at a substantial discount. What a bargain! I bought a lens and other accessories too. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and prepared to take the time to explain and compare different equipment. I'll certainly be back for my next upgrade.
