Quick response from them and I ordered immediately, received within 2 days. Extremely well packaged in a big box with lots of padding. Heaps of praise for some outstanding service, yes good old fashioned service. It is so often we hear of poor service so many thanks to Castle Cameras of Bournemouth (and Salisbury).
Luke went beyond the norm yesterday. I purchased a lens at 10:20 and went on my way, at home I found that the lens hood was missing. I telephoned the shop at 3PM to be told that it was already in the post, it arrived 9am this morning. So again buying local exceeds the online process, yes I could have saved myself a drive to them but it was well worth the personal service provided. So many thanks and also to Royal Mail which proves that first class post is also a great service.
