While I was in Bournemouth at the UK DANCE Championships at the BICC centre I decided to see if I could locate a photographic shop which might have a bulb for my 8mm projector because where I live they are non existent I'm told you will only get them on Amazon,well you can't they don't sell them either so on my last day in Bournemouth I decided to contact Castle Cameras and I'm glad I did because their knowledgeable staff new exactly what I wanted and said they had two in stock so I paid a visit on my way home and bought them at a reasonable price I will be calling in again when in Bournemouth if I'm looking for anything in the photographic line as this business is one of the good old fashioned type with very helpful staff. Thank you Castle Cameras I'm delighted with my purchase.

I purchased some Canon binoculars from Castle Cameras back in April that was running a £300 cash back offer.  After submitting my evidence to Canon, I realised after a while they had not received my email.  Since the offer had ended, I thought I had lost out on my cash back return.  I contacted Castle Cameras and spoke with Hugh, I explained my situation and Hugh said he will see what he can do.  To cut a long story short, Hugh had contacted Canon and successfully arranged the cash back to continue, even though the offer had expired.  I thought it was great that even after a sale, Castle Cameras still provide great service.  I will always recommend the shop as well as making it my first port of call for all my needs.  Shop with confidence, make Castle Cameras your first choice.
