Quite a few of your less scrupulous rivals would have bluffed and blustered their way through the delay, rather than risk losing business - especially in the midst of a recession. I admire your principles immensely, and so, regardless of how long it takes, my order will stay with Castle Cameras. Consumers need to protect and remain loyal to people such as yourself. It's a very rare commodity.

I just want to say thank you for all your help and assistance in helping me purchase the Canon EOS 5D Mark 111 and all the other bits that I ordered. Anita arrived back in Cyprus on Wednesday evening and ever since I have been figuring out how it works, what programmes are available and to familiarise myself with what it does etc.. This is a truly AMAZING camera! However, that is a small issue. Living in Cyprus has its advantages but customer service here is non existent and to find somebody who will go the extra mile is unusual. I have to say that from my first phone call to you the level of service was first class and the product obviously so. I will continue to use you when ever the opportunity arises and recommend you (and Castle Cameras of course) to my friends both here and in the UK. I can only thank you for being so professional and you are a credit to the company.

Hi,I would like to extend my thanks to Castle Cameras for excellent customer service. In the past three years I have spent almost £4000 at your Winton branch. In that time I have never had a problem, just good honest advise and service. In January I brought a spare battery for my Sony A77, unfortunately it did not last long (only charges to 25%). Today I took it to your Winton branch, I was recognised and served by a young guy (with earrings) whose name I don’t know, memory like a sieve. He was outstanding and made the whole process painless, quick and friendly. I now have a replacement battery. I always try to support local business and with service like this I’m glad I do. Please thank the guy who served me and well done.
