The lens is great but the after sales service at Castle Cameras was the best that I have had. I had a problem with the lens and emailed on the Sunday evening, I received a phone call at about 9.15 from Hugh, a replacement lens was put aside for me in case I was able to rectify my problem with the lens, unfortunately I couldn’t. I phoned Castle Cameras on the Thursday before Easter a replacement was dispatched and collection of the problem lens arranged for the Tuesday after Easter. The replacement arrived on Good Friday the collection was then made on the Tuesday morning.
Not just because the outcome was what I had hoped for but the fact that it was a real pleasure dealing with such a good friendly customer service.
Well done Castle Cameras.
