I am writing to say that your service was immaculate. I needed the piece of equipment urgently for an assignment and was told by other suppliers that it would take a month to supply. Your sales person said that was the standard time from Zeiss but she would do her best to expedite it as quickly as possible. I received it in less than a week and in time for my assignment.
