Friendly, efficient and always deliver on their promises. I bought my first ever camera from them in 1980 and have carried on buying from them over the years. The personnel may have changed (although many have been there for years) but the ethos remains the same which means that I will keep going back.

Castle Cameras were so helpful with a recent order of binoculars as a first time customer. I have been trying to use smaller local (or localish in this case) shops rather than the big online giants and not only were they a very similar price to the big shops, the excellent service I received made it even more worthwhile.
