Castle Cameras were excellent, from the first telephone call to discuss the used camera I was thinking of buying through payment and receiving the camera in a very quick delivery time. Camera in as new condition for an excellent price, cannot fault them in any way.

After searching every online store (& even contacting Fujifilm directly) to no avail, Castle Cameras came to my rescue. Debra from customer services spent over a week sourcing my lens hood while giving me almost daily updates until incredibly my item was found. A day later it arrived in perfect condition. Outstanding customer service. I will now be using Castle Cameras for all my photography related needs :)
